Allyson was fine. Service, as far as I know at this point, was good. I’m bothered by the fact that a surcharge is added to all invoices paid by credit card. First, it’s not disclosed before service. Second, i personally believe it egregious especially given the recent hike in your rates (for example from approx $89.00 to $129.00 for an oil change). At least, that was disclosed. Hidden charges are unfair practices and I don’t support any business that does it.
They ended up having my car for 4 and a half hours and the problem wasn’t even fixed.
When I went to pick up there were several people there. No one acknowledge my presence until a few minutes later. They kept doing whatever they were doing until someone else came to help me for a customer service. And I did not get a receipt for my service which I think it’s weird. He said he would email it to me tomorrow. I’ll be waiting.

I made an appointment for my car on Saturday. It was an Ionic5, which was scheduled for a lube, oil and filter. That is what AI assisted me with. I asked for a call back on Saturday. I called twice on Monday for callbacks. I never got a call back. The process to schedule is extremely weak. The service was exceptional.

Made the appointment for service concerning a recall 288. My appointment was confirmed. I arrived on time at 7am.
Saul prepared the paperwork and said he would call when the work was done. After an hour and twenty minutes he called and said the car was ready but they realized that they didn’t have the parts to fix the recall and that it would take three to five days to get the parts and they would call to set up a new appointment. So we wasted two and one half hours of our time. We are now going to Fontana Hyundai
Christian was professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable, recognized a recall, and notes I needed brake fluid changed. All very helpful. He updated me in a timely manner and my car was done sooner than expected.

It would have been nice if the person I talked to would have checked with parts to see if they had a recall back up camera in stock before having me come in only to have Saul tell me it would have to be ordered. This is not on Saul. He did not schedule me. If I would have taken time off work I would have been very upset
