First of all, your oil changes are too expensive. And you charge to use your credit card who in their right mind will charge a service charge on your credit card when you’re a big business not everyone carries cash on them. I don’t know how you expect them to do that. Very very disappointed.

I want to let Hyundai know what a great employee Saul Mejia is in the service dept. I have never had such great service at any other automobile dealership. Mr.Mejia was so informative and considerate to the situation that I was dealing with regarding my 2012 veloster. I left my car knowing that it was in the best hands no matter what the outcome was going to be.I let friends and family know that you have the best dealership.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cardinale Hyundai in Glendora during what should have been a simple oil change. I scheduled an oil change — and only an oil change. My previous visit about six months ago was around $90. This time, I was quoted $220, which immediately raised red flags. When I asked why the price had nearly doubled, the service representative, Fabian, told me their prices had gone up and even confirmed that they had essentially doubled since my last visit. That explanation didn’t sit right with me. After reviewing the breakdown more closely, I discovered that Fabian had added two additional services without my authorization: a maintenance diagnostic and a tire rotation. Not only were these services never approved by me, but the tire rotation in particular made no sense. I drive a Genesis Coupe with staggered wheels — meaning the tires cannot be rotated. When we pointed this out, Fabian doubled down and claimed he has seen Genesis Coupes with non-staggered wheels. That statement is simply inaccurate. Once the unauthorized services were removed, the oil change total came out to approximately $125 — which clearly shows the initial $220 quote was inflated by services I did not request or approve. The most concerning part of this experience wasn’t the pricing — it was the lack of transparency and the repeated dishonesty when questioned. Customers should not have to carefully audit a basic oil change to ensure unnecessary services aren’t being slipped in. Fabian encouraged me to leave a review, so here it is. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this location thoroughly review their invoice before approving any work.

Cristian was extremely helpful. Went beyond in finding out about my warranty issues. I appreciate his knowledge and being updated on my repairs. In fact I as very impressed with the Service Manager and his caring. All in all I was impressed with the Whole service department. Thank you all for your help. I truly appreciate it.

I was satisfied with the service but what I am not satisfied in getting 3 quotes one high, medium and low quote. When I used to take my car to Ontario I was quoted with the expected maintenance service and that’s it. If something else was needed they would advise on it and quote but it wouldn’t be 3 packages of quotes. There is a reason I have a maintenance card that comes with my Veloster. Stop trying to sell me other things! This after telling the rep I have been on strike with my work.
