Sal was very nice and made me feel comfortable during my first time getting a service at the Glendora location! I hope he is the one who helps me everytime I come back. Free donuts, water and coffee by the waiting area and lots of restaurants near by! I will be coming back :)

Thanks, everything was good except not being informed about the 3% credit card surcharge at checkout. If we knew, we would have used a debit card instead.

Since leaving the dealership, I received my multi point inspection online and there were items that need repair that my service person did not even mention while I was there for my oil change. I will be calling the dealership tomorrow to discuss these items
