I am still within the warranty period for my car. During a routine multi-point inspection, a faulty component was found that needed replacement. Since they needed to order the part, I was asked to go home and wait. Days went by without any updates or communication from them. After eleven excruciating days, I called them, only to be told that I need to bring my car back in for them to take new pictures and confirm the fault before they can order the replacement part and proceed with the repair.
I am utterly outraged by their lack of communication and consideration. How could they leave me hanging for so long without any updates? And now, I have to make an additional trip to the service center just because they failed to properly document the issue the first time? This is completely unacceptable service. I am fuming with anger and frustration over their ineptitude and disregard for my time and convenience. What an absolutely maddening experience this has been! I demand a resolution and better treatment moving forward.

My 2024 Kona was in for recall issues. It was my first experience with the service department . Ally was great! She gave me frequent updates on my car she went above and beyond was also very thoughtful switching me from a sedan to an SUV loaner, which my joints really appreciated!

I am completely satisfied with my service and the customer service of Isaiah my only complaint is the amount of time it took to complete my service I wait two hours with an appointment which seems to long for an oil change I’ve gone to other dealerships and waited around an hour
