During two of my visits to your service department, my tire pressures were set incorrectly. But the original under-inflation (30psi vs spec pressure of 34psi) and the recent over-inflation (39psi vs spec pressure of 34psi) is not the problem. It is the symptom. The problem is that you have either one or more bad pressure gauges or one or more incompetent techs in your service department. I pointed this out to Hunter Cox after the first occurrence and to Salvador Rivera after the second occurrence. Neither one of them gave me any reason to suspect that the root cause would be investigated, identified, and corrected (although Sal did take my car back to the service bay to get the pressures set properly). At this point, since your technicians do not appear to be capable of a simple task (setting tire pressures), it's impossible for me to have any confidence that they can correctly perform more demanding tasks. So I have no plans to return to your service department. I should point out that I sent an email to Hunter Cox describing my dissatisfaction, and have not received the courtesy of a reply. Very disappointing all around.
Salvador was the only person who greeted me upon entering the service building. Courteous and professional the entire experience.
On three different occasions I tried to contact Salvador to ask him questions no response. Because of the high estimate of repairs on my vehicle my insurance did not cover consequently I’m forced to take and have my repairs done somewhere else.
Very expedient and courteous.

the work was done. the staff was nice, but am still getting the same DTC code on the vehicle. not sure why still get DTC codes we ithin 24 hours after using car, when they said that code was fixed and shouldn't come back again. but yet within 48 hours the same DTC code keeps coming back. very frustrating!! this is the 3-4 time seeing this code come up and not fixed.

Had to wait 3 hrs just to get my front headlight fixed and i had an appointment. Wash changed ove $100 when i was quoted $50-65 the week before. Yes, i was given a discount but having to wait 3 hrs when i was told it would only be 30min…. No was not satisfied with the service. The advisor was apologetic but still i had to wait 3 hrs .

Looks really nice and shiny and runs great so far everything is good. Would’ve been nice if you could’ve cleaned out the floor in front of the driver, but that’s OK. I met a good friend and that makes it even better.
She kept me up to date on what was happening with the extra part I needed which was very helpful.
