I purchased the service package that includes tire rotation. I learned that this was not done due to a bubble in my tire when I picked up my car on Monday after asking about tire rotation process. A phone call to make me aware of the situation would have been helpful. I only learned that the service was not performed after I inquired about the rotation directly. I then asked that the tire be ordered for replacement on Monday. Hearing nothing back by mid-day on Thursday, I called and learned that the tire had not been done. The tire was then ordered and I was told the installation and rotation would be done and that while no discount could be provided at this time, I would receive one the next time the car was serviced. Thank you.
Today (Friday) I received a call that the tire arrived and it was installed. I picked up the car after new tire installation but now realize that the tires were again not rotated. My confidence in follow through on purchased services is weak. I don’t have a way to know that services promised and paid for are actually completed at Cardinale Way Hyundai, Glendora judging from these experiences.

“Corrected” price quote ~$835
Absolutely no price transparency and sketchy price updates because Aaron didn’t get the right information.
Making price adjustments like that leave a bad taste in the mouth especially with price gouging and such a “respected” company.
Loyal customer with Hyundai for years and my entire family owns Hyundai.
Safe to say service and customer service and appreciation has gone down.
I refused service at this astronomical price and left with $200 less and almost without any or part number to figure out with a local family owned third party mechanic which deserves the business more than Hyundai Glendale.

I don’t want to be reached. It’s a little too late for anyone to reach out to me. Your entire staff is completely clueless and unprofessional. I’ve been dealing with my car issues for a year and every time work was done on it, the car for worse. The lack of communication was ridiculous and it was stressful. Never would i recommend Hyundai services to anyone.
Allyson Maring was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my work being done very well.
My service was quick and I love the lounge setup.

The service was good but I had an 11:45 appt and did not get finished until 2:45. I who’s they would have told me it would take so long.
