I consider Isaiah to be my go-to guy at your location. He is attentive and helpful, answers questions capably and patiently, and shares information needed to understand what and why a procedure is being done.
My appointment time was 11:00 - I had arrived early - but the service guy kindly took me in - no problem there with Isaiah ! - the problem I had was that it took over 2 hours for a 12 point inspection , and oil change ? And the car wash they gave was unacceptable - it looked ok at first but when I parked it in the sun - there were huge smudges all over the car ? I don’t know who washed your cars but they really need a lesson - I was so shicked of what poor job they did on my car - So 1-10 stars - I would give you guys a 4 star review - so disappointing as you guys are the closer Hyundai dealer near me - Regards,Ross

Everything about your service was excellent but one very important feature. Your prices are far too high!! And to soften the blow, you offer three options, so that when the customer chooses the cheapest option with a couple of even it’s task list removed, the customer is supposed to relax and feel relieved that the price wasn’t so bad after all. Well, this practice is transparent and highlights how severely overpriced all of the options are! One thousand dollars for a 30,000 mile servicing is about twice as much as it should be. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Extorting your customers is not good business. The next time I buy a car, it won’t be a Hyundai, and between now and then whenever anybody asks my opinion of Hyundai, I will vigorously urge them to look elsewhere. You guys need to reevaluate your business model.
