I plan on calling to check on this too, but one of the things I had noted did not work when dropping the car off was the steering wheel seemed to have some issues like the button that changed the odometer info area on the dashboard had stopped working (would change on its own at times and did not change when a person pushed on the button steering wheel) and also the horn had stopped working (went off out of the blue one day and then stopped working altogether). At any rate, when I was called with an update about the car (steering wheel clockspring needed replacing), I was told that would take care of the steering wheel based issues, and although the odometer options can now be changed with the button on the steering wheel, the horn still does not work. Should the horn work now with the new clock spring in? Not sure if that was not checked again after clock spring was replaced or not.

I took my vehicle in for a Recall Service. When I initially set up the appointment, I asked the representative if they had the parts needed to complete the recall service. He said that they did. That turned out to be a lie.
I drove from Ontario to Cardinale Way Hyundai fully expecting the recall service to be completed, only to find out that Cardinale did not have the part and that I will have to return to get the work completed.
I do not appreciate being lied to just so the dealership can earn my business.
This is the second time I’ve gone in and Salvador has assisted me.He was friendly and provided excellent service both time.
