Allison was great but the decision that Hyundai made was very very disappointing because I’ve been dealing with these kinds of problems with my engine light oil are now though RPMs and not being able to depend on this car anymore with only 68 and some miles on it very disgusting disappointment but now I know I will make a decision get another kind of a car like more dependable Toyota or Honda Honda. Just unsatisfied customer and Rose look in the website looks like there’s going to be a rebate so hopefully that will help me I’m not paying no $5000 at 68,000 miles

The advisor was rude and lazy and you don’t even provide shuttles or Uber to get back home plus I had to make an appointment a week prior to the date.

I think waiting 2.5 hours just for a scheduled oil change is way too long.

A couple of small issues. I liked when the service reps come out to your car and greeted you when u pulled in and ask u why u are here. My last service visit was a lot better. It appears there was some staffing changes. You may have l ost some experience, not sure. Overall my visit was fine.

When my wife arrived to pick up the car, just as she was leaving she noticed that they never fixed the issue with the driver side widow which we waited a couple of months for the part to arrive. The employees at the service desk are great I just wish the mechanic would have been more thorough before saying the vehicle was ready.
