Allyson and Isaiah were wonderful from start to finish I would highly recommend anyone with a Hyundai to come here to get it fixed in any service needed. Originally I would go to El Monte Hyundai Cardinale and it was always stressful dealing with certain people in that dealership. I am thankful I came to the Glendora location and will be coming more often: thanks to both of them for helping me and fixing my car

Service overall is never good. Second time my car has been there more than a week and customer service is just ok. You should not have on your website courtesy ride if you don’t offer it. I was told you don’t offer “Uber service “. That alone was rude. Then you state you offer a car wash never once receive a light wash. Especially after it’s been in your care for over a week. Come to pick up my car this last time and no one knows where my car is at. I finally get my car and there were things not even placed back together. My service rep was good this time but other times not so much.

I picked up my car after being at the dealership for over one month without being able to duplicate the air conditioning issue I’ve been having for 11 months now. I drove my car home 2 miles away and drove to work the next morning less than 15 miles and the problem happened within 5 miles of my house. The dealership couldn’t duplicate the issue in over a month and I duplicated the issue in less than 1 day. I can’t say how satisfied I am with the results I have received from Cardinale Way because I haven’t yet seen any results in the 11 months of bringing my 2021 Somata to them! I’ll be dropping it off again for the 9th or 10th time in less than a year for the same issue and hopefully this time I will have a positive result.

I was told it would be between 2-3 hours, and it was 4 hours.
My car had some greasy film/ spray/ I’m not sure what it was on the left side windows and a little on the top of the car as well.
