I do not believe the customer service representative was made aware of issues with the mechanical team. He said tires were rotated and the low tire was in the back. Turns out there was no rotation and front left was the low tire now overinflated. TPMS display remains on with no mention of the expectation of when it would go off. Then the mechanic said we had a nail but customer rep never mentioned it. There was definitely a disconnect between customer service and mechanical team. Makes us wonder if any repair was conducted. You probably won't see me back, the the wait was over 4+ hours for an oil change and security recall update. Horrible experience.
I know the car wash is a curtiousy but if you are going to do it please do a good job. My car was not clean and my windows were smeared like they were cleaned with a dirty cloth.
Also, you used to show tire tread depth, brake ware etc..

I find it very difficult to believe that my air conditioner's compressor mysteriously died JUST AFTER my car was there for over three weeks to replace my transmission (under warranty). The a/c had never been a problem until after I got my car back, never gave any indication that it was "going out" before it was in your possession for that long a time. And only a few weeks before the transmission problem, I had a full service done on my vehicle IN ADDITION TO taking care of a leak in the drivetrain (which was ALSO under warranty). Interesting that the cost to replace the compressor is over $3,000. When I went to pick up my car after the transmission replacement, suddenly the battery has died and I need to purchase a new one before I can even drive it off your lot. And now there's another engine oil leak? How is that possible? Shouldn't that have been tested prior to me getting the car back after the transmission replacement? There was also a note on my paperwork this time that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced (another $80 or so) - why wasn't that handled when my car was in for the service? VERY UNHAPPY with your service department right now. Allyson has been very good, but even she can't make up for the failures in service lately. The level of service your department has been providing lately is making me seriously reconsider purchasing a new car from your dealership when I replace my Sonata Hybrid. I will expect a phone call to discuss these matters ASAP.
