I had a 2:30 app for oil change only. Did not leave till after 5 pm two other people who had appointments after me left before me and got their cars washed. When the guy brought my car out to me he didn’t even take the seat cover off or floor mat out of the car I had to do it myself. I was told I’d get my car faster without the wash so I agreed. I was upset when the 3:00 pm app got their car before me washed. They also didn’t greet me outside I waited in my car awhile till I saw people going in. I don’t think they were taking people in the right order. I’ve gone to you in the past with no problems but this time was totally unacceptable and I probably will take my business to another dealer. Also my paperwork did not indicate problems with my vehicle when i have a light on and nothing was on paper or told to me. The light was on when when I brought the vehicle in and was still on when I left.
I requested 0W30 oil for the 2.5 T oil change, as specified by the manual, oil full cap and Hyundai itself. I received 0W20 instead. That is the wrong oil for my car’s motor (turbo). My car’s maintenance is important to me. I hope to find a dealership that understands that.
Allyson was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I found her to be trustworthy and she took the time to explain necessary repairs and their implications to me so that I could make an informed decision to make the recommended repairs through Hyundai. I did, however, have a hard time interfacing with other employees when trying to get a message to Allyson. I was on hold for 21 minutes, called two other times and left two messages, etc. and none of them got to Allyson which was incredibly frustrating for me (and probably for her too, but she was completely professional about it). The new remodeled waiting room, donuts, and snacks are fabulous by the way.
Allyson was super helpful, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. Not to mention professional not only to me but while waiting in line she was very polite and respectful to the other guests.
Isiah was friendly and courteous. The car wash could use a little more work as it shows spots that were missed on a black vehicle than other colors.
When I arrived no one said hello or at least someone will be right with you. I went to man that sat at end who was just sitting there doing nothing. I said hi and asked if he could help. His response was VERY SARCASTIC. He said no he couldn't help! Please let give your company some advice. You need to put them through some customer service classes.Just reach RYAN I think was his name. Some basic courtesy rules to follow. Teach him to acknowledge the customers,explain perhaps why he is unable to help, but that someone will be hepling us momentarily. I also learned your service manager was only on his 4th day but he has over 40 years experience! I'm putting my trust in that man to reshape his department! I too have that much experience. My career was for Disney as a Concierge my clients were Michael Jackson, Prince of Dubai etc. If that young worked for me, he wouldn't be working for me ever.i would have fired him immediately. So trust me when I tell you I know exactly what I'm talking about. Hire some older people that have years of experience. Because people like him will ruin your company's reputation. But Isiah was wonderful and the purge young lady. They were running around. But Isiah was always smiling. Give that a raise!! He made up for the laziness of he coworker Ryan.
