I haven't been back to this service department since the new building has finished and Isaiah and everyone I saw is a completely new face. With that being said, everyone is a great improvement to the previous staff members. Irrelevant to Isaiah but I was hesitant to come back to this service location because of the lack of professionalism and empathy the previous staff displayed. Isaiah in particular is professional and kind and has changed my mind about choosing this service department for my vehicle needs.
