Never received a call with repair quote. When I called I got attitude from the female with them stating "didn't u get a txt" Also returning to shop because back trunk door was returned damaged.

An estimate of the time required for the service when dropping off would have been helpful. The waiting room was set up well for working so the time was not lost. And the staff and customers seem to be the happiest I have ever seen at a car dealership, so the time passed quickly.
