our initial service was great, but once we approved the work, we weren't being updated about the car. We would have to call and wait sometimes 20 minutes on hold only to be told it wasn't ready and we'll be called back at a certain time and then no call back. We were told by Cristian we'd get the car back on Saturday but when the day was almost over with no word, we called and were told no it's not ready but they'll call first thing Monday morning. Cristian wasn't even working on Monday, so of course no call back. We called Monday afternoon really upset and waited a total of 30 minutes. Spoke to Isaiah and there was still no update on when the car would be ready. We stayed on hold to speak to the manager. Ended up waiting so long we gave up and agreed to wait for a callback. The manager was extremely helpful and clear and apologized. We appreciated that.

My passengers headlight has been out for a couple of days and I forgot to mention it. They marked my headlights as being good. Which makes me wonder what else they missed and if they were accurate on the things that they marked as needing attention.
