Allyson was professional and personable. She quoted me a time, and the car was finished early. This is a change from my previous experience when an oil change would take up to three hours. Allyson Maring is absolutely fantastic. She is the only person I trust with my car and she is the reason that I continue to bring it into the dealership rather than take it to my family's mechanic. She is prompt, communicative, and effective. Moreover, she takes the time to explain exactly what is happening to my car and why various repairs or services will bolster the lifetime of my car and help me to avoid larger problems down the road.
After the work was completed, the ac still isn’t cold as it used to be. Even with a “new” compressor.
