I was scheduled a week Together in advance for a recall, after Dropping off my Genesis I was called and told the dealership didn’t have the part. That would be understandable if they were exploring for a repair but they knew the problem in advance, it’s a recall, In my mind, Not being prepared is unprofessional wasting both of our time and expense. But your representative Josh was polite and conducted himself Professionally.
Everyone was very friendly and and the wait was made very comfortable.
Allyson is always so kind. I appreciate the way she gives individual attention to my situation- like if I am in a rush.
She’s a real positive in the service department.
Joshua provided me with excellent service while my car was being repaired. He kept me up to date and let me know right away that the thermostat would need to be replaced. Joshua is very personable and easy to talk to. I felt he really gave me his time . Great experience!
