I had an appointment for 7:45 am and got there around 7:35am. I was there for an oil check and brake inspection. It took 3 hours of waiting for the tech to come out and give me a status on the brakes. What was the point of having an appointment if my car wasn’t going to be seen for 3 hours? I spent 4 hours and $85 for an oil change, inspection and software upgrade. It was not worth my time.

You need to rotate tires per the manual instructions. And then not lie about having done it. The tires were swapped left/right. Why? Also was told it would be washed but it was not.

First of all, Allyson, my service rep, is fantastic. She is thoughtful, competent, and helpful in her analysis, communicating, and figuring out problems. I like her a lot. Cars are stressful and she is helpful. Second, I was surprised to drive away from the shop with three different tire pressures on all four wheels. After a half hour of driving I thought it might equal out but it didn't. Though it changed, it ranged from 38 down to 35. It left with me if they really inflated all the tires. Perhaps it's my gauge and I can't trust that. Third, I paid to have the car aligned, but when I go down the road and leave my hand off the wheel, it veers to the right. I thought it would stay straight for a good while, but each time I tried it, sure enough it veers off to the right. Perhaps I don't understand alignment. Fourth, a small can of air freshener sanitizer canister was left in my car, that I'm not sure was used for the engine cleaning. It felt gimmicky and it made me wonder if the enhance service agreement was worth it. I can't tell driving it, but it had me lose faith/trust that I was getting what I paid for.

Cristian was helpful and very professional. I appreciate his time and understanding. My issue is with John the service manager. He had told me to bring my car in on a Monday since the dent repair guy came on Monday. Come to find out he said that technician came out on Tuesdays. I had set up getting away from work and for someone to come pick me up and bring me back when my car was done. Now I have to use my lunchtime to get this dent issue resolved.
