I received a text that the work on my car was done, that it was being prepped for pickup, and that I would get another text when it was ready, but I never received a text saying that it was ready for pickup and ended up waiting for almost 4 hours. Besides that, everything else was great.
Mr Rene was very courteous and informative and answered the questions I asked if him… very pleasant person and the waite wasn’t so bad .

This is just an observation of the bathroom, I think someone forgot the toilet seat covers… there were none there!
As far as appraisal I will make contact with sales manager as per my conversation with him but as far of the service it was 5 stars thanks for reaching out!
Josh was friendly and very professional. He quickly understood my reason for coming in and provided me with excellent service.
