The appointment to replace a part in my car was confirmed and the part was not confirmed to be in stock. It had been sent back to the factory. I spent 2 hours driving to this location instead of one that’s closer because of the amazing experience I had preciously. Was not happy that my morning was wasted today because the part was not confirmed to be in stock.

I’ve had an appointment for service for three weeks and today they say they can’t look at the car until Saturday afternoon if then. A waste of my time. When I called back I was not offered another appointment. I guess I’ll have to take my car elsewhere for service

My Santa Fe PHEV got a software update per the recall today. Now the dash screen is different and I don’t know how to get the same data views we had before (tire pressures, coolant temperature, etc. ). Is there any online guide for consumers on this new software?
