I was pleased that John , The manager, got me in for a slow leak of my tire ASAP. In addition, they completed the service that was due. He directed me to a place to get my tire fixed for free.
I am very happy with the service I received at CardinaleWay Hyundai on 9/14/24. The service manager, John, came out of his office to assist me when his staff was busy helping other customers. John scheduled my oil change and tire rotation service appointment. John also asked his service team, Rene, to assess & advise the rear spoiler on my car, which had come loose. They were able to diagnose & repair the spoiler at no extra charge! Additionally, John thanked me for my business! That’s unheard of these days! Thank you John, Rene & Hyundai team for a great experience!
