I didn’t have an appointment. Needed a tire to be fixed. Arrived unannounced. Toyota got me in and out in 20 minutes when their mechanics arrived at 8:00am. They did a super job. They could have made me wait because they are very busy. Nowhere can you get service like that. Very professional and courteous.

Refuse to answer my vehicle continues to make noise and I felt like I was brushed off. “Well if noise bothers you you can bring it back. I’m not convinced there isn’t something wrong with braking system NOT the sunroof I even gave video so tech could hear noise
