Mr Lach had his hands full because a coworker quit that same morning without notice. In spite of that my car was serviced relatively quickly. I love our Camry. It’s our fifth Camry since 1995 and if I outlast this one I’ll be back for another.

A mixup on date and Nathan accommodated me, service was outstanding! He provided a ride to and from my appointment in town, squeezed my car in to provide service since I live out of town. He kept saying not a problem, but I know he was very busy. He is such a great person to do service department!! Told him he is a 10 if the rating scale is 1-5! He has been this outstanding at every visit we have had .
