I do not need three text messages and two or more emails reminding me of an appointment . I made the appointment and am aware when I need to be at the dealership. One would suffice less than 24 hours prior! Hopefully you understand that I receive too many emails and texts as it is! Hopefully you can change this for the future!

Not abetter service facility in northern IL. STEVE LOCH AND SHAWN ARE GREAT. I WISH YOU WOULD ADD CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE CAR FOR A NOMINAL fee when you clean the outside.
