Sean is very kind and professional. The only downside is since I was in the bathroom when I was called to see if I wanted my transmission fluid changed, is that it took nearly 2 hours for an oil change and car wash.

I mentioned this before …. I really don’t need a ton of reminders I received four text messages and one email reminder … I made the appointment on Tuesday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday morning. It just is a bit much.

Sean was excellent keeping me abreast of the status of the tire rotation and an examination of the tire condition. I requested an analysis of the tires (original 2016) and he indicated he thought they might be vulnerable to “dry-rot”. He reported later that he was surprised the tires were in such “good shape”. He provided details pertaining to the tread depth of each tire and explained the meaning. I will request Sean in future appointments at Toyota of Bourbonnais!
