The staff very nice and professional. But to much air pressure in the tires made for a very rough ride. 40 in one tire 41 in two tires 42 in one tire . I need to change the air pressure.

I am getting ready to travel. I thought they would balance the tires after they rotated them. I probably did not make that clear!. Just don’t want to travel on tires that are not balanced. I will call tomorrow to see if they need balancing!

Steve is a great guy. I can call him with a problem (rear wiper not working...door won't shut) and he talks me through it & I'm set! Who else can do that!!! He's the best & the reason I always come back for service.
