Nathan was so nice and took the time to answer any questions I had. He even picked up my Granddaughters toy that fell out of her bag. It's definitely the little things that mean alot to people!! I always love coming to bourbonnais for service on my Rav!!

I was 15 late. I was told I probably wouldn't get a car wash because they were very behind. So I assume closing time is 1130 or noon. My car was finished at1125. My vehicle was not washed.
