Had alignment appointment at 9am, 6-3-25. Arrived at around 8:30am, checked in, advised why alignment was requested. Car was being worked on way before appointment and was out the dealer by 9:20ish am. Not bad at all!!! A+++++ on professional and over achievement on the complete staff assisting !!! Thank you very much for an outstanding service performance by your team.

Toni G is a no non-sense approach customer service person. I had an email from Cheri for an oil change discount. For the first time I had produce the email to verify. When I made the appt I discussed the 29.95 offer and that it would be applied. I’m not sure why the system doesn’t know was offered the discount and the make the customer show email.
Toni did her job and commend her for her efficiency. I’m find with the service and appt but will friends know of my experience.
