You guys had my vehicle one week told me you do not have an answer how to fix the problem. Worse than that I was told to come drop off the rental because you need it. Picked up the truck know my steering wheel has to be held to the left 10 degrees to drive it down the road if you let go you go in the ditch. I have a hard time believing the owner of the dealership knows the level of incompetence that is being demonstrated but it is going to be brought to his attention. I do not know why I would be told that I am getting a new motor in my truck that is why you guys never mentioned that I am do for spark plug be cause the new motor will have them. That is a direct quote from your service writer. To not check a vehicle before it leaves you shop is negligence. I have been told all week you are waiting for a master tech to contact you guys to figure out an hvac issue air only blows out of defrost this has been going on 3 months. I have no choice but to punt at this point and take it to another dealership to get the repairs done. I will be letting everyone know that I do not recommend buying from your dealership not because I’m unhappy with the truck it just your service is not up to industry standards. You guys do not even do a multipoint inspection on the vehicle when it is in for service. If I was the owner of the business I would think about restructuring my organization from the top down.
