I've always had a great experience at Toyota of Bourbonnais Service Department, with one exception. Disposable seat covers. It's a great touch to add to the service departments efforts to ensure that the customers vehicle is well maintained

Everything was great, and the service was completed quickly. The only issue I had was that an employee ( I think it was a salesman ) was walking around with his hand down the back of his pants, not in his pocket but actually in his pants. This man had a black short sleeve shirt on with light gray-ish pants and he had a bald head. I do not know his name, just felt like, that could have been done in privacy or he could have used a one of his pockets to rest his hands.
Very convenient service to offer to pick up vehicle at owner house and drop back-off. However this is the second time where pickup was scheduled at 9am and I had not seen or heard from anyone by 9:30. When I called service number to check on status, service manager stated they were likely running behind and she would send someone shortly. Finally picked up close to 10am. Appreciate the service offering but doesn’t appear the personnel scheduling is as organized as it could be.
