I was very happy with the service and interaction with the Team - including the GREAT scheduling and status notices.
But I do have one issue: I’m not able to find out what items were inspected in the “27 point inspection” and what the results were, just a broad thumbs up with no details. I’m very used to getting a printed report of what the inspected items were and the results were.
I’m grateful for the tune-up, and on my 90 minute drive home my car got over 5mpg better mileage.
The only reason why I said no was when I got into my car to leave there was a small amount of water on the driver side floor mat . I liked that I was given a paper copy of the inspection they do of car to check fluids, battery etc. I asked that car be washed but was little confused why there would be water on floor.

It took a little longer to get oil change and tire rotation than I would have liked. 8:30 appointment and I was there almost an hour in a half. Other than that they were very friendly and when I asked how much longer to went and asked for me.
They fixed my tire and were friendly
