Nathan knew exactly what we were there for. He asked to be sure there was nothing else we needed them to check. He then gave us an estimate on the amount of time it would take. When the car was done we were out shopping so he called and let me know it was ready. When we came in to get it, greeted us and took us to the cash window. Excellent customer service!
