Devin is always so nice to me every time I come in. I appreciate how helpful and thoughtful he is. Mr Whitaker is really pretty awesome! Daniel was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel confident about the work that was done and he answered every question I had. No matter what is happening with my truck, Bianca is always ready to help and she has always been so nice to me. I should remember the name of that sweet man who has VW’s on his desk because he always takes the time to talk with me while I wait. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Mr. Sena was unpleasant when I was first checking in my vehicle. The dash lights were no longer on when I brought my vehicle in.He asked if I knew which lights had been on. I was thinking he meant the codes I had been given, and said no. He acted annoyed and exasperated saying, "You're not giving me much to go on." I asked if the codes might be stored in the computer and then said I knew which lights were on. He replied, "That's what I asked you." After I told him which lights were on, he became pleasant. It was an unsettling experience and I left feeling upset.

Dan is incredibly attentive and responsive, he set everything for this visit ahead of time so I sat for less than 10 minutes and he had me on my way. Communicated great and did a really good job!!
