3.5 hours for a tire repair, oil change and for them to check if the A/C worked . Very very busy. Didn’t offer a ride or anything.
It took almost 3 hours for my scheduled oil change and no one communicated with me about how long it would take then entire time. I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment if I still have to wait almost 3 hours

Tristan did an amazing job and went above and beyong to be helpful.
My only bad experience was when I first arrive the older gentleman who put the seat protector in my car felt the need to rant to me about another employee "**** him off". I found it extremely unprofessional, none of my business, and a bad way to start the relationship and visit with this dealership.
However, Tristan turned it all around for me with his upbeat attitude and going above and beyond to help solve a history wire hanging from my bumper.
