If Dylan Swanson was the service desk worker I asked him to look up prices for run flat tires for my 2020 Toyota Sienna. He stated he didn’t have the size which I would have believed could have been looked up. He took my number and said he would call me with prices, which presumed was going to be later today. I did not get a call back. The service went well otherwise.

Completely professional, knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions, willing to go above and beyond, including when I had a question about my retractable nerf bars; she got the answer and came outside to show me how to turn them on. She’s top notch and clearly well respected by her peers.

My appointment was scheduled for 3pm. When I showed up for my appointment I asked how long it would take. I was told about an hour. I okay because I need to be out of here by 4:30 pm. At 4:15 I asked about how much longer. The man at the counter said my vehicle hasn’t went in yet. It was next in line. So I waited over an hour and never even had my vehicle serviced and had to leave. So now I have to reschedule.
