Your technicians did not discover the problem with the air conditioner, which failed as soon as I drove the car off the lot. And there’s an accident, there needs to be closer inspection of many components. How you missed this, I do not know. However, Dylan is very good and has done his best to keep me abreast of things.

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change and for the second time now they did not do the tire rotation so I don’t know if they even did the oil change. Then the service manager wanted to talk condescending to me. I will never go to Pueblo Toyota again due to him and the fact that they don’t do the proper job
