The service representative was outstanding. We were having problems with our rear windshield wiper and within seconds fixed it. The gentleman is always extremely friendly and communicates with us non automotive people with terms we can understand. We always enjoy dealing with the service department.

Toyota drop the ball. They sent my car to another dealership to get fixed, it’s still not fixed. They never released my warranty. Why pay for something extra if they don’t want to use it they are however, trying to make it better maybe
