Everything was fine except it took so long — about 7 months — to get the second key to our Tundra. That was a ridiculous amount of time! At least today when I stopped by (I actually had an appt. for tomorrow at 3:30p.m.), they had time to go ahead and program the new key, so I didn’t have to drive back from Canon to Pueblo tomorrow. I appreciated that!

Devin was short and condescending when I attempted to check in. It seemed like he assumed I knew your procedures and was confused when I asked him a question. As the first point of contact for your dealership, he was less than welcoming and not someone who represents Pueblo Toyota in a positive way. My wife and I drove from Salida for this minor warranty repair, and I am not sure we would ever return after being treated as poorly as Devin treated us. On the other hand, I also talked to Daniel who was courteous and helpful to get our vehicle in for repair 45 minutes after our 1:00 appointment.

The service representative was outstanding. We were having problems with our rear windshield wiper and within seconds fixed it. The gentleman is always extremely friendly and communicates with us non automotive people with terms we can understand. We always enjoy dealing with the service department.
