Was told air filters were not changed during Toyota care plan yet twice we have had filters sitting in front seat. The biggest reason we will never pay for service here is for the service manager. He is the worst ever. Only looks for things to try and deny claims even when not authorized to look at other parts of vehicle besides what it came in for
