How much is cost to replace tail light lense?
Usually they give me a printout of fluids changed etc but no paperwork this time. I thought that was strange but service was fine.
My Appt wsas 4 pm. At 4:50 my car has not moved. I guess 2-3 vehicles were skipped today and that was never mentioned when I checked in. Won’t return.

He was very personable. The mechanic found an issue during the oil change and he was able to communicate that to me and get the part I needed. I spent $200 more than I expected to pay. He did forget to apply the discount for the coupon I had. I didn’t notice that until I got home.

My 2016 Tacoma has a TRD Pro skid plate with a removable cover to access the oil filter. This morning was the second time a service tech stripped out a cover screw head for either not using the correct tool or not using the correct size of tool. I find this really frustrating to have this damaged multiple times for something that should be easy to remove. I looked through the garage windows near the service desk and saw the service tech swinging a hammer to try and remove something or to move the cover out of place with a fairly good force. Swinging a hammer at a fairly good force should not be required for a routine oil change. This also requires me to go back to the dealership for replacement of the screws. I am not real happy with the quality of work at this dealership.
