The agent did fine taking care of the drivers door as I requested.
The agents service right-up didn’t specify that I requested a repair or replacement quote of the missing door handle on the left rear passenger door. I got no estimate for this door handle. Now I will have to pay another initial charge to get an estimate. The outside door handle was completely missing. It obviously needed repair.

Dan went out of his way to talk to the tech to answer my questions and give me honest feedback. I'll be coming back for vehicle servicing and a better assessment and diagnosis than I've been able to find elsewhere.

Service department very helpful in checking in and out. I did have an issue with white small paper in my truck after they serviced it. I told the gentleman that drove it out of the service garage but ignored me. I spoke with the young man in the service department and he had a tech come out and took care of it. Much appreciated.

Apparently there was some confusion regarding the vehicle and the recall fix. Dan recognized it and got it straightened out quickly and correctly without having to involve me. Loved that.
