When I came to pick up the vehicle, there was confusion about how the ticket had been closed early. The individual that had closed the ticket early and checked me in was not there. This seemed to cause difficulty on closing my ticket it took an extra 10minutes to do this. No one went over multi point inspection with me. Overall, it seemed an inconvenience that I was there however, the person that helped me was pleasant, and resolved the issue. However, customer should not be allowed to see struggles between employees. I just got there to pick up my vehicle, the person that dealt with me initially had apparently made a mistake, and I witnessed the frustration of the other employees dealing with this mistake and not just taken care of it.

The things I needed fixed were not fixed on the vehicle even though they were there when I purchased it and it wasn't caught by the dealership ahead of time of purchase and now they want to charge me for the fixes. I paid over 35k and bought 4k of extra insurance that apparently doesn't cover what should have not been wrong in the first place.
The service department is the epitome of friendly professionalism! I was more than happy to let Bianca know how courteous, friendly, and thorough her staff is. Although I didn’t purchase my Highlander here, when I need to trade it in, I will work with Pueblo Toyota. If the service center is excellent, the sales professionals must be, too.

There were a few issues with communication. I am used to getting text updates on how the repair is coming along. I called to follow up though and was able to get updates. The repair was completed on time.
