Trying to charge 800 plus dollars for a starter replacement that cost 150.00 at grease monkey,was ridiculous. Sorry to say you've lost all credibility with us.
Triston was very helpful, polite and very knowledgeable about why I was there. Have worked with him on several occasions when I've had my vehicle serviced there. His attitude and courteous demeanor is consistent every visit! Very much appreciated!!!
The first time i left it with you the wrong turn signal light bulb was installed and only worked once before it failed. This resulted in my having to return from Westcliffe and drop off the truck. I almost took it elsewhere but Devin convinced me my cheapest alternative was to return the truck and let fix them fix it for no more charges. When I asked for compensation for my time and gasoline Devin told me and I quote here "we didn't tell you to move to Westcliffe ". So you may or may not agree with his logic but the rudeness is inexcusable. He said this two or three times. At the very least he could have used a more tactful approach. So because of this I must tell you I don't know if I will be back or not. Should I decide to replace my truck I doubt I if I will purchase it at pueblo Toyota. Thank you, Robert K

You need to adhere to your schedule I had an appointment for 1015 I finally received my car 2 and a half hours later. The service was for 60,000 mile check up. Oil change and tire rotation.
