The alert message for a backseat air bag has stayed on all of the time for the past three weeks. It was supposed to be fixed but it still stays on. It’s not earth shattering but I was told it was fixed and it’s not.

I didn’t get a sticker in my window to tell me when my next service is they didn’t tell me when my car is ready or what’s going on. I tried to answer the text thing, but it doesn’t work.
