I took a my 2024 grand Highlander in for an airbag recall. I was told they had to take the whole inside top out and it would take all day. The whole roof of my car is filthy. I can see dirty finger prints and grease markings all over the roof, the moon roof, and the trim of roof of my car. My hatchback back is also getting snagged and not lifting properly after this visit. The back trunk area is also missing the plastic bolt cover in the rear. I definitely didn’t get my car back in the same shape that it was in. I will be calling Toyota on Monday Morning to discuss this further.

Triston was so helpful and nice! I had no issues with him! He was great! There was someone else who made me feel judged though. I went back to grab my kids toy cars in the truck and he made a comment about the water bottles in the back of my truck. I got a lot of stuff going on in my life. I have two toddlers that I take care of own while my husband travels for work. I have three dogs that I just had to rehome because we don’t have the space for them in our little off grid house during the winter. I have a trip to LA I had to plan for. I work from home. I got a lot of stuff going on. And because he made that comment about my water bottles I felt judged. Like I came here to get service on my recalls not to be called out for the condition of my stuff in my truck. I didn’t say anything bc it’s not a big deal but it did make me feel some kind of way.
