Not sure about the oil change….the service reset was not done so when I start my car it says I need service….and the window tag was not replaced! I paid for an oil change but worry it didn’t happen. When I called to talk to service I had to leave a voice mail and have yet to hear back. When initially scheduling I ran into the same issue of leaving a voicemail and not hearing back?!
It took two months from the time i first came in and took my truck to the auto body shop. I had to call several times. Was told she would call me back same day and two weeks later still no call. I got no response until i had to get upset and threatened to go to management. No one seemed to care until i was upset.
Angelica was great. Very professional and great customer service. She took time to make sure I understood potential charges and was very communicative. The work on the car was also done very well.
Triston is always professional, responsive and helpful. I always enjoy working with him. The mechanic that serviced my truck was quite thorough.

The Pueblo Toyota team is so good, that this afternoon after my service, a representative called to make sure that I’d scheduled that service and on the phone realized I’ve done it this morning. Your staff is very thorough and makes me glad I purchased a vehicle there.
All went great to day !!! Normally a service in the past takes about an hour but today it took two and a half hours, the shop was pretty back loged. Next time will go better !!!! ????????????Thanks no worries
