My vehicle was not fixed. At the moment u have a check engine light on, a traction controle light on,an airbag light on and my cruise xontrole doesn't work. The technician left a note indicating that there's no way, despite the recall, and extensive documentation about this issue that the electronic problems and burned out modal were caused by the recall issue. Assuming this is true which I doubt, why not call and give me the option of actually paying to get the car fixed? Why was I assured my car was fixed? Very poor service and communication. Seri

I was told they called me to tell me my vehicle was ready, but I neber saw a missed call or a voicemail. The shuttle was an inconvenience for 3 hours we tried to stay in one place to pass the time.

My car has beenn acting up. Shifting hard. I asked for diaignaustic test. I was told manager drove it around a bit did a temp reading or something. He didnt feel the hard shifting and was told I would have to come back and leave the car overnight so they could check it out. I wasnt charged for a diaignastic. I had to go to SpSprings last night, and the car ran terrible, the trasmission is slipping badly going up, I felt we might not make it and hope to get it in and taken care of, its only getting worse. I purcjased a warranity w/the Camry and believe its possible this is covered. I hope to be able to drop it off and leave it overnight Sunday for Monday repair.
