Having an appointment time, we could never have expected to have waited over five hours to get four new tires and wiper blades. Totally unacceptable.

Seat cover was not placed back the way it was when I brought it to Pueblo Toyota, and I had to adjust the passenger side rear view mirror back to the position I had it in when I got there. (It was pushed up against the window; I drove into traffic with it that way, and had to pull over to fix it's position.)

I had this appointment for over a month and ordered the tires over a month ago. My boyfriend showed up with my car that was scheduled for 4 new Falken Wildpeak tires, rear breaks, and oil service (quite a large appointment and large amount of business) to be told that my tires which were confirmed in two weeks ago are suddenly not in stock. After starting the rest of the service I called and talked with Nate (he’s been amazing through the entire tire ordering process!!!) he found my tires and was not sure why I was told they were unavailable. He handles the rest of the situation for me and made sure that I got the tires installed. (THANK YOU NATE).

My vehicle was not fixed. At the moment u have a check engine light on, a traction controle light on,an airbag light on and my cruise xontrole doesn't work.
The technician left a note indicating that there's no way, despite the recall, and extensive documentation about this issue that the electronic problems and burned out modal were caused by the recall issue.
Assuming this is true which I doubt, why not call and give me the option of actually paying to get the car fixed?
Why was I assured my car was fixed?
