I brought my car in to be diagnosed because a bunch of lights were on on my dashboard after having my alternator replaced. They said when they went to check it none of the lights were on. I asked them if they drove the car around for a while and they stated that they had. As soon as I went to pick my car up and drove it off the lot all the lights came on again. I don’t feel that they were honest with me… They just did the oil change I requested and didn’t drive it around to make sure that the lights weren’t going to come back on. Now I’m out another day without my car and it’s very inconvenient. They could’ve fixed it today if they had just checked it instead of taking the lazy way out.
The oil is leaking after coming home.
I was mentioned about wiper but not oil cap.
It was written on the paper I got but they were more concerned about the wipers not oil cap.
Dylan was rude, never told me a price, used someone else’s signature on my stuff. The manager mostly fixed it.
When I arrived to pickup my car I was ignored by 3 service employees for 20 minutes who apparently couldn’t find the time to check my car out- including the manager. Really unhappy with this experience. Doubt I’ll be back .

The service report said the passenger front Caliper was loose. Was it addressed? What was done? There is no report. Was loktite applied to the loose bolts and then tightened? What was done? I see time was spent in adjusting my floor mats. You don’t think a loose Caliper cover is important?

I’m happy with the mudguards installed, the product was solid. However, I was quoted $170 out the door before I came, which is why I drove from Colorado Springs. When I arrived, the price jumped to $210, and even after it was lowered to $190, it wasn’t what I was promised. That lack of transparency was disappointing. I wouldn’t have made the trip if I’d known the price would change.
Daniel as always gives great service and makes sure you are taken care of. We really appreciate his knowledge and helpfullness.
