Im very happy with the personified service Triston Whitaker provided me with. I’ve been lucky he’s available when I’ve brought my car in over the last 7-8 years. He’s patient, polite & works well communicating between the technicians & me in order to get my car maintenance accomplished. I appreciate he remembers me when I am at the service center.

The staff and service were great! However, I’m confused as to why there are no rear mud guards available for the 2026 bZ. The service and parts departments were unable to find part numbers for the rear mud guards and only the front ones were installed. Looking at the invoice, the front mud guards were for the previous bZ4X model and fit just fine. What’s up with the rear ones?

The past several times I've had my oil changes, it has taken over 2 hrs to complete. This time it took just over an hour. It would be helpful to get service in a timely manner, especially when you have an appt at a certain time. This visit the technician didn't reset the maintenance light for me. I know the service can improve, but I'm not sure if I will continue my maintenance here.
