I’m from out of town and lost one of my key FOBs. I called the parts department on Friday, the new FOB was in Monday morning, service had me in and out within 1 hour. These people bent over backwards for me. I only wish my own dealership was half as good as. I would like to give a special thanks to the parts department and the kind lady who set up the appointment and if course Tyler. Thank you again for your tremendous service.

Prices on oil change great however your prices for transmission change not a flush are insane 400 dollars really I get it prices are high it is all right to raise it but it has more than doubled almost tripled I would have done it for 200 even 250. Then you need to bring back valvoline oil back can't stand mobile it doesn't work and burbs fast and makes my car tick.

When I noticed the screws in the access plate on my skid plate skewed and not fully screwed in. I brought it to their, attention the tech came out with a bad attitude and started disagreeing with me, and once it was done and completed in a satisfactory manner, he continued to run his mouth and voice his displeasure.

I love Tristen and he always takes care of both my vehicles with scheduling and direction. Robbie always greets me with a smile and is very courteous. Actually ALL the staff at Pueblo Toyota are top notch!

They slit my drivers front tire when they rotated my tires. I am stuck at a family members house because I have no spare tire. The dealership needs to replace my tire.
